I’ve been listening to your podcast since the very beginning and followed your blog before that. Your schedule gave me the permission this year as I had to drop my oldest off to technical college with only two hours in between to start later (after we come home). I only am able to adjust this twice a week as twice a week my 5 yo has physical and occupational therapy in the afternoon for his cp. But the change helps me to be so much more settled those days of running. Thank you for always advocating for doing things in a way that fits your family!!
