At 4:16 you say "without ... lifting the shoulders up to an overhead position". Would you elaborate on that a bit, please, given the actual lifting of shoulders in the exercise.
@sidpaulson17 ай бұрын
I can’t remember, but fairly sure that’s a mistake on my end. So you can disregard that and lift the shoulders up as you should🙌

one of the tips for handstand is that don't think you're going to fall while practicing it. handstand requires confidence and controlled movement feel it. feel every muscle involve in doing the handstand don't overthink just feel. handstand needs a lot of confidence. practice it everyday. last technique is your hands because it is the foundation of our handstand feel the weight on your knuckles and not to you finger tips this is the sweetest spot in handstand that if you enter this it feels like heaven. just practice and practice don't get frustated enjoy everything and improve 1% everyday you will get there I swear❤

I can hold the handstand quite alright, but when I am under balancing I can do nothing about it. Do you have tips on under balance?
@sidpaulson13 жыл бұрын
There are three ways of saving underbalance: 1. Shoulders forward. 2. Bend your elbows. 3. Pike at the hips. I'll try and make a video on that soon!:)
