😊I just usually twist it with some cantu leave in ...and it curls right up,I cut my hair some,lol! It will grow back, thou,too much work, you cannot tell if it's in a bun,but it's obvious when I style it,lol.

Hi Shelley, sleeping with these was perfectly fine. I ensure that they were not too tight, leaving space at the root and not spinning the chiney bumps too tight allow the knot to move freely and remained more on the soft side so they were comfortable to sleep with.
