I think being young definitely helped me , when you have less responsibilities and can still live off your parents you can put more time into your craft , when you have to work a job and pay bills you’re more tired , have less time to create etc , I think if you’re young definitely make the most of it and grind

I'd say once you are a rapper's producer as the right hand, that's when you can produce the song in a more complex beat because assuming you already have the vocals, you just throw stuff on top that fits instead of not having space at the beginning. Idk, just throwing this out there in case someone is always producing crazy beats

Rio, this pretty serious. You really helped me here. I was bout to go insane, I was as you say "in the race". I was in a negative feedback loop, I felt I was behind that my mixing sucked, that my melodies was too generic. But as you say "it's a journey" that fucking helped alot just that.

This tipps are really useful. I find out for myself that enough rest for your body and a good mental health are really important to be productive. And when you stuck making a beat, melody or somehing else, than there are near endless possibilities out there you can do. Search for many different things which are related to music stuff, like analyze a old song you like. Listen to the songs arrangement, the Drum patterns, melodies, the transitions between the specifig song parts and so on.
