Thank you for the video! I have one more question though. Even if I focus a lot on studying picture, timing and facials, I oftentimes feel like I mostly lack, not because I don't understand, but because my body can't keep up. Are there any good exercises and/or effective trainings for my body so that it can build the stamina/ability to keep up with all of the fast pacings, timings and movement controls? How about some good habits that I can add on to my daily routine?
@rebelian77 жыл бұрын
I have the same issue too! The simplest and best answer is usually just repetition. Try the piece at a slower speed, i.e. play the music at 70% speed, and keep drilling it until you can keep up with the pace, then increment the speed upwards until you're at full speed. For maintaining clean pictures for a specific piece, I try to hold each picture and practice getting into that exact same picture so my body knows where to go without me having to think about it. Hope that helps!

basic grooving and building up your foundations can go along way! try grooving in different textures and speeds!
@connordoesexist18075 жыл бұрын
Late reply, but play it at a slower speed and count in rhythm in 1-2-3-4 intervals.
@fleurgronden59094 жыл бұрын
I’m a little late with this reply....but listening to the song in your free time and imagining the choreo can be really helpful. This way you’ll kinda get used to the speed of the song mentally which in the end will make it easier physically.

One thing I've noticed when I dance is that my arm movements aren't extended and clean, but everything else looks good. So just because of the arms, my overall dance looks bad. Could you help me understand what I could do to improve that?

Hello Sir Thank You 💕 For Giving This Tips !! Sir I have a Question ? Sir for Dancing It is Necessary To lose wieght ? -Thank you Love from india
@marshmellowycarat6 жыл бұрын
Rjaja Mera It was a question for him but I would like to answer it. No it's not. You can groove to the music, feel the music, do the steps in any body size. All that matters is your energy when you are dancing, and how smoothly or cleanly you do the steps. That's it! Ps: I'm too a dancer and I'm overweight. But believe me that's what makes me unique. I have a style different than others. And even if you want to lose weight then dance itself is a great workout. You'll automatically lose weight when you start dancing regularly.
