How to Be a Friend to All | How-to-Live Talk With Meditation

In this talk with a period of meditation, Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Sevananda shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how to manifest spiritual friendship in our daily lives.
Unselfish friendship is a path to our own happiness. When we step outside of ourselves and think lovingly of others, we have as Yogananda says, “momentarily stepped into Christ Consciousness” - the infinite awareness of the Divine permeating all creation.
Brother Sevananda explains that true friendship can be the basis of all relationships - and is what beautifies, enlivens, and gives the deepest meaning to them.
This talk was recorded at the SRF temple in Glendale, California, on March 19, 2023.
