I have been trying to slowly be a better friend to myself through writing, meditation, and spending time by the water (my happy place). I move in silence for fear of other's criticism but I have managed to follow through on my personal goals even when I don't feel like it. Baby steps I suppose. Good Luck on the Award!

Nope I don’t keep my word to myself. Yes I have standards. Funny you mentioned family that’s who I have the most problems with. I’m a very loyal friend but not to myself. I’m my own worst enemy. I celebrate achievements by taking time for myself and doing things I like to do.
