I could teach you through this comment section. Ingredients 1. Two slices of bread. Ideally wheat. Not that stupaad american white bread. 2. A solid peanut butter. Ingredients should be limited to: peanuts and salt (read the label!) if it has anything else (looking at you JIF) don’t buy it, that stuff ain’t pure. 3. A solid jam. Average should have little more than fruit, sugar, and preservatives. How to make it: take the two slices of bread, apply a substantial layer of peanut butter to one slice, and add a substantial layer of jam to the other (finding the right amount of jam to not get lost in the peanut butter but not so that your sandwich is overwhelmed with jam is a balance you must find, most likely through trial and error) then apply the peanut butter slice to the jam slice. If you followed these directions carefully you should have created an easy, solid, protein and fat packed meal that will fuel you until your next.

okay so i’m a pretty responsible person but like i’m also a HUGE procrastinator. but plot twist, i’m a smart procrastinator thanks to my homeschooling background. if i have a deadline, somehow i can calculate the exact amount of time i can waste before actually doing anything with the project. and now, my procrastinating skills have helped me so much that once i had a four paragraph essay due at 12:30 and i completely forgot but remembered at 12:14. i managed to turn it in at 12:29 and somehow got a 100 so i’m very proud of how i procrastinate. i was like “the only reason i was able to get that done so fast is cuz of how procrastination has shaped my mind” so yeah

I'm so glad I got out of the huge portion of procrastinating and actually setting my life forward. All these problems that you just explaining created by procrastinating are stuff easily missed despite it is in the back of your head the moment, that one friction of a second you realize what you're doing. And then deny it all together. My side of the story getting out of it is that I actually needed therapy for my trauma that I didn't know I had and had matured way earlier for my age years ago. Then today, I'm more childish, realizing that I was missing that from years back. I couldn't enjoy the things I wanted properly but luckily, I'm getting better in that regard aswell :D Both mentally and physically!

Man Ive always been the polar opposite of a procrastinator. Not a workaholic, but like.. y’know the last hour before an assignment is due and yall procrastinators get the massive surge of motivation to finish everything in one sitting? Yeah I get that the second it’s assigned, and putting it off IS NOT AN OPTION. But it means I will sacrifice literally everything else to get it done right away. I’ve had sleepless nights crunching assignments due two weeks later. I even had one professor who posted all homework and the final on the first week of class. I had the final done by week 4. It was brutal. Frontloading all the work is just as hard & stressful as backloading it all
