My man DQ! Funny enough my nickname is DQ! I've had this nickname since I was 12 years old now 30. Nonetheless, Daniel set the stage so wonderfully in this video by saying the all the real estate jargon we learn and the mechanicals such as comping, etc is not the right of passage to close deals but rather learning how to masterfully deal with people (i.e sale). I resonate with this so much because apart from from an investor, I've been running a video production business for 7 years and when I first started my business I use to talk all the technical camera talk to clients instead of talking to clients, who were business owners, about how my videos/content will drive revenue for there business.
