My uncle, imo, is one of the most masculine man in existence. He was are veteran, living in his 50s with body built like a tank. 5 times appointed as the bodyguard and drive for the prime minister for 5 years straight. And he put on a dress for his 7 years old daughter tea party. Now that, a true man. Nothing can shake his confidence.

I agree. The last time I even had a friend was 10 years ago. I don't interact with women at all and have zero friends. It is what it is isn't it? Me personally, I am ideally the monogamous type of guy who'd want to be with a specific woman for life and we both stick by each other to the very end. In this modern culture though, I have zero trust in men or women and don't want to be the type who settles with a woman and have her cheat 10 years down the line because then I'd see my life as having wasted 10 years. If I die alone, so be it.

@@ClokworkGremlin Nah, I believe, if you are a level-headed guy who can separate between your game and reality, you will NOT find that those 2 things produce the somewhat "very same stressful situation" that you just mentioned. The amount of European truck drivers who play Truck Simulator when they are off-duty can attest to that. Once asked on why they do it, they will usually reason that they also drive trucks in-game, even for long periods of time, because there's no real repercussion from having in-game accidents, as opposed to, ya know.

Sometimes I question whether or not I'm doing okay overall in life and if the head on my shoulders is as good as I usually think it is, then I see stuff like these posts and get reminded I'm doing perfectly fine because I'm not spending my time questioning sexuality, masculinity, femininity, life status by judging food/drink/hair etc preferences on twitter. I've got a job a like, a home I like, hobbies I like, I meet and talk to people perfectly fine strangers or otherwise, I have friends and family I like and get to enjoy myself without this sort of stuff even being on my mind until I'm reminded that people actually think like this. It might be kinda messed up to use other people clearly miserable in their over analysation of everything to be reassured that I'm not so wound tight that this stuff is what would be on my mind rather than just enjoying myself, it's like a reminder that even if things don't seem great at times it's going way better than it must be for the people bothered by inconsequential things like these and complaining about them online when instead I'm working or pursuing interests or spending time with someone I'm interested in or out doing stuff with friends or just chilling at home with my cat playing games and having a meal/drink of choice without ever thinking about if those things make me gay/straight, masculine/feminine or "soy"/"chad".

Technically it was a revolt where both the big rival teams’ (the Venetian-Blues/Venetoi/Veneti and the Leek-Greens/Prasinioi/Prasiniani. The other two big teams, the Red-Clads/Russoi/Russati and the White-Clads/Leukoi/Albati stopped being competitive in the late Roman Empire and had basically become vassals of the Greens and Blues by this point) fandoms revolted against the government because they executed some rioters who had caused major damage on game day-half because their team lost, half because their team won. The Emperor and Empress were supporters of the Blues tho, so when they sent the army in to massacre the stadiumful of rioters, they warned several other big wigs in the Venetoi so they could quietly slip out first. But yeah, if you think modern sports fandom is crazy, look no further than the sports clubs/cults/political machines that were the 4 big Roman/Byzantine Chariot Racing stables. Fans were literally throwing themselves on Funeral Pyres, the rioting was so intense sometimes.

At least in my country a lot of people weren't angry at the banning of smoking inside bars and restaurants itself. They were angry because about 2 years before that establishments were given a choice of going no smoking allowed or paying for an expensive license and installing even more expensive ventilation system to have indoor smoking. A LOT of places went under as a result of the complete ban, because the massive investment they had made just 2 years prior was worthless.
