@Harmony's Artistry the net is tooo loose, the net needs to be sturdy but not too tight, but in here the net was curved in the middle of the court. That makes the game unfair bc it’s higher and lower is some parts, and players are bound to hit the net more easily bc it’s too loose (that’s a point for the opposite team). I hope this helped lol

Mylina Genevie the mizuno knee pads in my opinion are the best ones because they just grip your leg comfortably and they aren't too chunky and they don't squeeze your leg to death. Nike knee pads are also pretty good, but if I had to choose between one I'd choose the Mizuno knee pads.

No, volleyball isn't as easy as it seems. You work against gravity a lot, somerimes it hurts and sometimes even within the team there's so much competition and anger. BUT it is so empowering and fun. Gave me so much and helped me grow in confidence and strength. I miss it an awful lot!

Okay, this video is a horrible representation for volleyball but I have to say that having a coach this soft (never happens, never) is actually very bad for someone. Since if they are that soft they volleyball players in training are most likely to develop a very weak emotional (??? I don't remember the word lmfao). Like if you have been practicing volleyball in very friendly like circumstances not only you are most likely not going to work harder, but when eventually playing a volleyball game and you are at the losing point the pressure is going to get to you and not play well. Either way by the time the volleyball players are going to get used to it but they need more pressure when training like fr what is this bs, if my coach was this soft I hardly believe I would even enjoy playing volleyball 😐 Edit: somehow I came across this video once again ( 21.12.21) . Why aren't they showing the game?? In inly some scenes which I'm 100% sure they did a lot of tries/shots to get em look decent, and I mean in a matter of facial expressions. And I still agree with my past opinion after some more time playing volleyball. (When I wrote that comment I had just started). Coaches are supposed to give you compliments when you did good job on a hit/serve etc. Most likely something simple such as a "bravo" and the rest is being hard on you. I can't genuinely believe these woman were able to play a full match with eachother. I've been going to my volleyball practices for three months straight without missing almost any of them and we finally were able to play TODAY somewhat like a match with eachother (3vs3) and I definitely sucked ass!! Ain't no way these mfs were able to pull this off. I just know the coach was doing this just for the money. Ain't no thing such as it for the fun and shit. You gotta score points and win. And winning is always fun 😊

It's just a ball after all..(heh..rhymes..)When you pass, make sure you have the correct form (knees bent, bottom down just a bit, hands apart ONLY WHEN YOU ARE RUNNING FOR THE BALL OR WAITING FOR THE PASS, then when the ball comes, put your hands together and roll your shoulders inward, stand up and on your toes!) And when you serve, you might start off with underhand serving first. I did and now I can overhand pretty well! (To underhand serve, you must use a lot of power to get the ball over the net. I take a set into it to get a bit more power. Also, I realized that the ball will go where you want it to go if you hit the ball right in the middle of your hand.) Hope this helped! Let me know if you need help with anything else! Edit: When the ball doesn't come right to you, go for it and call the ball!

I used to always run away if I thought that the ball was gonna hit me, but I’ve been working on staying committed. Start lifting weights, get your arms strong and your wrists. It takes time, make sure your toss is high enough to hit it over the net and get your elbow high so you swing upward and over. Take some volleyball clinics and practice as much as you can you’ll get it eventually over!

Always keep your hands straight and use your leg force to push you up (be in a low position, similar to squating yet your torso is leaning forward)so that the ball itself will move without you having to swing your arms greatly. You also need to practice taking spikes so that your arms will get used to the pain of it getting hit. Thats for digging. Im a libero so cant tell ya much about setting or spiking.

Volleyball has always been natural and easy for me and I tried out for a team and failed the warmups. The warmups are much more harder than the actually game itself for me 😭

@@shaneciamustafa4967 back and forth for like 20 minutes and each time you go farther distances, then we practice passing and then setting (those were easy) and then we did this weird thing where you pass it over the net to another person and then go go a different line? It was ridiculous. PLUS!! The coach is very rude for no reason lol
