Awesome video as always. I am rewatching this and taking notes. I like how you speak so objectively and give concrete examples. As a mentee it's making me reflect on the mentors and coaches I've had this year - whether their background resonates with the challenges I'm currently facing, and whether their advice aligns with where I want to take my organization and personal career.
