wow, very inspirational. I have been having issues lately with making mistakes as a HVAC tech and hearing it from someone else that they have gone through the same issues and that there is light at the end of the tunnel if you keep moving forward is very inspirational. Love your videos keep up the good work, you are helping all us HVAC techs.

I've been in this trade for 8 years now and there's still a lot of days that I come across something that makes me feel like I know nothing at all about it. Maybe that's a good thing and it's what fuels us to never stop learning. Maybe that feeling of never being good enough is what keeps us on the never-ending path to mastery.

Most excellent video! You can't take knowlage with you and the respect you get from teaching is way more valuable than money. I am the "super tech" at my company and I enjoy teaching as much as dancing with a 50 year old boiler with modern controls that were wired ass backwards on a Friday afternoon, it's a rush. People take us for granted, it's not easy and not everyone can do it. You have to be able think like a schematic and feel that unit. I say maybe not so different than a doctor and that five year old is an apartment building full of seniors and you just worked on a 2 million btu fuel train......thank you for saying things some guys would resent us for, bout time.

I am about to start school in January and I am missing my right hand, i was born this way. i also Was not tool savvy, I'm a licensed barber though and I overcame that. Your video makes me feel so at ease but not complacent, thank you. I worked as a helper for two weeks with an hvac contractor and tech and he made me feel so stupid for not knowing what welding tips look like or a channel lock is, very discouraging guy true leaders make new ones , because they are secure in themselves.

Thanks for watching and it's true, leaders do create new leaders. Good luck with everything, I just spoke with a deaf guy who is also getting into the trade, I had some questions regarding his safety, but he is very confident in himself.

Wow I really liked that video bro I just started school to learn the trade just been in it going on 3 months and I was working as a security guard then I decided to do this. Just less than not even a month of school I got a job in HVAC and I did get scared because I got in but it was hard to work and study but I took a step back and had to see I can handle doing both. I'm learning a lot and from videos like this one Thanks

Heheheh. Remember my 3rd day on the job and boss telling me to go look for the left hand crescent wrench in the truck. Let me tell you, I’m there to impress the boss, I went to ac school for a year. He let me look for over an hour before he came to the truck and chewed me out. I was humbled. Man I miss that generation. Had some good people bring me up.
