Hi, thanks for your comment. I will definitely make a video that goes into more detail about this. But I will say that you can try to stay in touch with English by listening or watching something every day in English. And while you are doing that, you can just pay attention to the words and phrases used and write them down so that you can look them up later. Then build them into your own examples and scenarios.
