It's so true. Make it a habit and just like anything, you'll get better each time!

The only way is to dive in and do it! Don't cringe about how you look at first, you'll improve. Plus, be prepared so you don't stumble. Finally, if you can edit or have an editor, cut out the umm's and ahh's and any silent gaps, when possible.
