I’m impressed with Foxy’s use of Sub Zero’s push, I haven’t seen any player use it as consistently and successfully as him. I give Foxy props in that I consider him top 3, maybe even top 1, of Nether-realm players in terms of fighting Philosophy. If you see his gameplay throughout the years, like in MKX, his Kung Lao and Mileena were revered for his masterful strike throw game, with an emphasis on defense and footsies, which he is the best at IMO. This game is no different, Foxy’s video guides are essential to any competitive MK1 player. I know I praise Foxy highly, but a player of his caliber deserves to have his shine pointed out, imo.

Pretty sure 21 slide isn’t a mixup, the slide will always come before the overhead. B2 slide is never a mixup because there’s no reason to not crouch block after blocking the initial overhead

Taking a stab at the test. It seemed like there were times you weren't as patient as you could've been. You were hit by a Frost freeze while you were B2ing? I assume that's a clone push misinput. You also were calling in Kano ball when you were too far away for any kind of meaningful pressure, which means you ate a freeze from Frost. Perhaps you were trying to set up a klone push as well to cover multiple options? Perhaps you were trying to use knives? Either way, you had to use your breaker. The Kenshi was often using his mid swipe, I'm sorry I don't know the input, when you would ice klone. Other times you'd use the push out of habit, or it seemed like it was an automatic thing, when he got froze but in this case, he hit you with a combo. I can't tell if that's proper spacing on the Kenshi's part or if you were slightly too slow on the push. I got nervous when you were doing the klone push so close to the Kenshi but perhaps it was safe or the Kenshi didn't punish. What did I miss? I'm sure there's something.

If there’s a video explaining on how to play a character because too many people complain about them. It goes to show there is a problem with the character. Why sub out of everyone else? Everyone gets a bit of everything. Damage and everything and frames (subs frames are fine tbh) and even mind games but sub is the most loyal and honest and hardest working character to get a dub with vs everyone else in the roster

Kenshi's nonesense will get nerfed meaning Sub Zero is probably gonna be the biggest degenerate playstyle in MK1.

The only thing I think needed to be nerfed is the fact Kenshi can be blocking and hit the opponent with sento. Other than that, I'd love NRS to keep the craziness. I'm not a Kenshi player, btw.

@@trilobitalbino you also can use kameo while blocking. Sento is basically his kameo, when he's in stance and spirit is active, he can't use he's kameo, only sento. If you want nerf kenshi like this, then remove ambush assists from the game. He's fine in my opinion(they already nerf him also, in stress test he was stronger), and he's requires some skill and practice to play, scrub zero requires nothing, just pick kane as kameo and you done.
