My Grandparents turn 98 in 2020. They met when 10 years old & will celebrate Anni #78 in 2020. They tell me about their first date, kissing, his proposal, the depression, the war, sex, money, taking out the garbage, the 'other' girl, and Grandpa's haircuts (they drive Grandma crazy). :) Hope you enjoy this little interview I did of my precious grandparents a couple years ago, around their 70th anniversary. I'm sad to say, our G&G both passed in May, 2020. C0vid took over their asst. living facility. Please know they loved all of you; I shared your comments w/them. They adopted you all as surrogate grandchildren. Lift your gaze up, send them a smile, and share their videos w/someone who needs some light and love in their day. I have more footage I will post when I can watch w/o tearing up. In the meantime, keep sharing your light w/the world. Grab your kleenex and look for their vow-renewal on my channel - it will remind you what truly matters in life. Hugs to you all from Minneapolis

When a nice soul meets another nice soul. Your background matters alot. If you were raised in a nice family. If you're smart enough to think about how you want your life to be. This is also possible today. A friend of mine recently met a girl like this. After many years of having bad relationships. She is absolutely amazing. She hugs him alot. She cares about his happiness. She doesn't ask for anything. Just his love and affection. I thought women like this doesn't exist anymore. But what do you know, they still make the like this! December it's a month of many surprises. Happy winter holiday to all lovers out there, and also the single ones. Maybe one day we'll all find our soul mate. ✌

Culture has told us that courting, finding the one, getting married and being committed isn’t as important. But I’d have to argue that it’s one of the most important priorities. Society thrives when families are formed, love each other no matter what and create legacies for themselves. I pray you all find your person & have this kind of love. xo

tany197 wow good to hear that. I really want to get marry to my highschool sweetheart but my African parents are saying I should get marry to someone who is at least 10 years older than me. If getting pregnant 🤰 is going to let it happen I really want to do it. But we are just 19.

In as much as you have seen marriages in your family end on bad terms or not lasting as long, i just want you to know that their story is not your story to tell so you will have a wonderful marriage and God will bless your marriage with as much years you live on Earth. And Congratulations on your child!

Married my hs sweetheart and after a child and 20 years she had affair with someone, it was heartbreaking, have to always talk to your spouse about affairs, as the traps and temptations are out there- just don’t forget to let each other know how awful that would be to happen

JoAnne Markov awww, how sweet. They are now like the world's surrogate grandparents, and i know the more precious grandparents in our lives the better. Take a nice deep breath and rest assured, you've now been adopted by mine, so welcome to the family. Hopefully your sweet G&G adopt me too and we can be one big adorable, blissfully-positive, happy family 😘

I feel you man. My grandma died last year and I'm still feeling somewhat unease without her presence, because she was just the BEST. Watching both of these two just puts me on a rollercoaster of emotions.

Your grandparents were a treasure. A treasure is only worth something if they are valued. What made them a treasure is how you valued them, spent time with them, asked questions about THEM and their story. Sadly, that is rare in this time. They haven't really died. They just went to heaven, as Christ before them, to make room for you. This should be required viewing for all who apply for a marriage license.

@@ayoonismail329 no that's just plain mysoginistic ideology. Sex and respect doesn't go hand in hand. Moreover just because someone had sex doesn't make her impure so that she doesn't deserve respect. Stop placing women's worth in her vagina because that's just disgusting
