I'm 67yrs old and I eat a lot of veggies and drink a lot of water thats keeping my skin hydrated. I maintain moisturizer both evening routine and daytime everyday! I don't smoke nor drink. However, I know I lack sleep that i find it hard to complete 6-8 hours sleep. I am quite chubby and I do not intend to go on diet but just maintain my current weight. I am afraid to lose weight that I might get sagged. I don't eat red meat and so i maintain my eating healthy.
