OPTIMIZATIONS: 1) Dark Wood Grain Ring can be gotten by simply kicking the ninja off the cliff and reloading the game. Shiva will not see you because you’ll be behind his aggro zone, so you can pick up the ring and use a Homeward Bone. 2) Red Tearstone Ring, when added to all the other equipment, kills Ornstein in 4 Great Soul Arrows and Smough in 11. It also kills the Armored Boars in 3 hits and is easily activated (fall damage or letting a sentinel hit you). 3) Farm the Symbol of Avarice from the Mimic Coin Chests in Anor Londo by using Lloyd’s Talismans. This + Dusk Crown Ring allows you to activate RTSR very quickly. RTSR is essential because it lets you kill the Sanctuary Guardian in a much safer way - if you’re going to be one-shot anyways, might as well add a ton more DPS.

Pursuers is as strong if not stronger and its MUCH safer to use. You also always have crystal soul arrow that will deal an absurd amount of damage. Combine it with RTS and Power Within and you can one shot everything

Minor tip, when you kill the hydra, snag the knight armor. The gauntlets give 6 poise which is enough to nake you nit stagger to arrows in the early game, and you can quick roll with the ivory staff and heater shield too!

Yeah I think casters have it much easier in this game. Watching him do the anor londo section with invisible body, the rafters part was so much simpler. Also the archers were a non issue. A lot of difficult places can be cheesed with magic. The guardian from the dlc was tough you can tell, but he still managed to kill him with only magic. Big props on that

Fun build that still works today. Completed the guide last week and had a blast doing it. The Artorias skip was hard but took about 35 minutes. Keep at it and remember to slow walk off the edge, not run or jog at a normal pace

@@kef8202 I think your chances are even higher to just straight up kill Artorias than to skip him. If you have RTSR activated, great heavy soul arrow, heavy soul arrow and great soul arrow you should be good. Artorias is not hard at all as a mage.

I took a longer/more difficult route and waited to speak with Darkstalker Kaathe after defeating the four kings to get the red eye orb for invasions. Yes I invade the Undead Parish, but I give humanities to weak players and kill twinks and high level phantoms.

You can be OP early using the dragon form as well, the dragon forms base damage on unarmed attacks is 400, way more than anyone can handle early on, and dragon form doesnt level your matchmaking either. Since the unarmed doesnt scale with anything just get to lvl 20 and put it all in Vit, no one can handle your sure amount of HP and damage that low level and the only thing you need to fear is bleed, just equip bleedbight ring anytime you see the weebsword and your good to go.
