Aj Arnall Gaming rub your hand on your forehand all the way down to your arm (the top of the arm of course ) because of friction it makes it hotter if goes down repeat. Then if your actually feel sick you did it right (it happens every time I do that it may not happen usually it does) then boom there’s a fever. side note: rub it very hard then feel it if it feels cool repeat.

So, if there's and event coming up u don't wanna do, always be crazy in class, then, the day of the event comes, then take being ill. It makes it so more believable.

Or You can just raise your hand and tell your teacher "I don't feel good, can I please go to the bathroom?" If they say "Yes, you may" then slowly get up from your seat with your hand on your stomach while crouched over a bit and walk to the restroom. When you're making your trip to the restroom, make sure there's some yard duty around and keep your hand on your stomach as if you feel like you're about to throw up or have bad diarrhea. Approach the yard duty and tell them "Hey, I don't feel good right now. If I don't come out then can I go to the office to sign out?" If the yard duty says "Sure", you can enter the bathroom while holding your stomach. Enter the restroom and pick any stall. Stay in the stall until the yard duty checks up on you. Once the yard duty checks up on you, there's a chance that they will ask you "You okay?". Respond with "N-No, not really. I think I need to go home". Make sure you stutter a bit as if your stomach and throat are not feeling good. If they say "Okay, come out. I will take you to the office to sign out." Your mission is a success.
