Principle 4 is my favorite and most actionable. Great advise! I'm doing it. I learnt from a speech coach to day - 'Peter Piper picked a pack of pickled peppers'... but to do it with your tongue completely out of your mouth. Your spray saliva everywhere 😃 (not recommended to do around people!!) but damn afterwards, your pronunciation improves by like 30-40%.

I really enjoyed the idea of spreading good vibes and making others around you feel good. We're often too occupied in our own heads, and feeling self-aware when there's no real need for it. And just making others feel good would, not only make you cool, and make people want to hang around you, but will also lift the entire mood of the room, and will make others more relaxed as well I believe.

It’s important to remember how little encouragement, validation or compliments most people get. A few years back, I decided to improve my social skills/try to spread good vibes. A few weeks later when I thought it was kinda a waste or corny, an acquaintance paused mid conversation and said “you know, you’re really easy to talk to”. I don’t think they’ll ever realize how much that meant to me in that moment.

Thats so crazy you said your streak was 3 weeks cause I've been watching your recent videos and have been wondering if you still were practicing bramajhariya or not, or more so for long periods of time. When I first found your videos in the end of 2019 I know you were more steadfast, even making videos for when you released and it felt so good to go along the journey with you. It felt like we were growing together. You with your channel and myself in my own endeavors. Fast forward 2021 and I'm in a relationship and some of the sadhanas I had adopted began to be tested. It can be easy stick to certain ideals alone. But the true test is keeping to them when not alone and how to create the boundaries which aide us in doing so. It's like we create these morphic fields for others to embody what we are doing. Like the monkey test. You were embodying bramajhariya/ brahmachariya which allowed others to do so more easily simply by watching you and tuning in. Who am I kidding I'm preaching to the choir. Thanks Nik!

I really appreciate the content, dude. I feel like you're the KZbinr who's perspective I relate to the most, especially recently. There was I time (maybe like a a year ago) where, much like you, I was getting super into the Red Pill world watching people like Hamza and 1STMAN all the time. However more recently, I feel like I've started to come out of that phase and have begun to see some of the holes in what they preach (eg. its excessively pessimistic/nihilistic when it comes to people's nature) and with the recent content, I get the sense that you are starting to step away from that stuff as well. It's really great to have someone like you who cares deeply about self-improvement, much like I do, but still has a generally positive attitude towards people and life - all that negativity in the red pill world is really toxic after a certain point. I learned a lot from it, but I think there comes a time to leave that in the past.
