Floor 11-1 was so annoying. I didn’t realize that the Pyro Slimes with Nahida’s Mark would constantly ‘burn’ them, and if theyre close to the Defense thingy, its HP goes down FAST.

@@froeloe Of course! Honestly, I think focusing on them first helped me the most. The Specters usually do little damage and Whopperflowers will most likely charge up first. The Slimes can do that 6-7 Lava Plume attack that also reduces the monolith’s HP fast.

You must use at least 2 hydro characters. I struggled with it at first but when I used Yelan and Xingqiu the chamber was really easy and I targeted first the Pyro slimes so that they'll be extinguished when I kill them and not blow near the monolith.

This is the first abyss where I got 35 stars. I can't understand how people can "easily" beat Chamber 3. I tried Nilou bloom/Nahida double hydro, Nahida double hydro with Kokomi/Yelan international, but I still need at least 30 seconds more in 12-3-2 :(

@@asummusa2023Last news: I managed to 36 star the abyss finally. What it took me was: 1) wasted some 500 artifacts in strongbox to get just one Crit Rate 5* circlet for my Xiangling and switched some better artifacts from my random characters to those I actually used in the abyss, 2) levelled talents to 9, 3) watched some more abyss videos to learn the enemy behavior patterns, 4) used a ton of swearings and spent about 3 hours on the last chamber, and finally beat it with some 2 seconds remaining. Now, I know what "losing sanity" feels like.

Nahida hyperbloom and Raiden hypercarry, 36 stars. In first half monohydro, hyperbloom, Ayaka freeze are great. In second half Raiden national, Raiden hypercarry, monopyro teams are fine. Kazuha and Bennett are essential for second half. This abyss is very easy and accessible, even without pneuma and ousia mechanics. Thanks sevy for bringing yanfei👍

I actually love using Wanderer + double Hydro with the crab boss. Wanderer's default hover actually puts him at the right height for Xingqiu's orbitals to hit the horns (as well as for all his rainswords to consistently hit), and most attacks (especially when the shield's gone) can't reach Wanderer when he's flying (Also, it's just fun. I don't normally have a chance to use Wanderer in Abyss

For the crab boss in 12-2, i found that Kokomi can very reliably break its horns with her skill and 3-4 charged attacks, so teams like taser or single-target Nilou bloom variants can very easily get past him. (There's an edit below) I'll add that it's not super important now, but knowing this will be useful for future abyss cycles when they inevitably put the crab on AOE heavy half, or with a very cringe/time consuming second half of his chamber

I think abyss will onlt get tougher from here on out. It woulsnt ve surprising to see local legends in abyss, or even enemy abilities that turn the abyss into an aquarium and then we have to fight using Xenochromatic animal abilities to kill opponents and drain the domain so we get back to fighting with our characters. Also, Vivianne and Ninniane are rumored to come to floor 11, but it would be terrifying for them to show on floor 12, where hydro has no effect and neither will freeze.

I like that this is the first time the game is making me think it's a good idea to actually bring dehya into abyss floor 12. She helps with survivability, can either help with particles on fav or buff with wolf's gravestone, provides stagger resistance and you do get staggered here and there, applies lots of pyro and does her additional damage. I'm sure there are better choices but definitely solid even at c0.

i like this abyss, its difficult enough and easy enough for me. i cleared 12-1 and 12-2 on second and third times. and i like that they don't restict you on new fontaine mechanics and you don't need to worry about pneuma and ousia damage. i wish every abyss would be like this

Good thing spiral abyss rn is easier than in 3.8 and even though there are some elemental restrictions (which are not as pronounce as in 3.7), it's still manageable. I'm excited to do spiral abyss floor 11-12 but my characters are still rather underbuilt so I might to do a bit more building for them to be good enough. (Also 16:28, Yanfei's sacrifice will not be in vain 😔😔)

Yeah. It isn't hard per se, but it is a bit more unit dependent than previous ones. That said, as long as you have the right elements and a CC for both halves, it is cake. For me, I used Sucrose on one half, and Lynette on the other.

as a 1.0 player, I ended up doing floor 12 3 times since I changed my teams twice. I had to bring specific units for the crab(ran no hydro or cataylst so could not 3 star) and chamber 3( ran ayaka freeze into the dancer lol) and I have to say this abyss felt refreshing. No time wasting bosses, just a fun new learning experience. It felt good 3 staring the abyss, it was not what I would say is difficult, just very team specific for dealing with certain threats.

Coppelius was fucking up my teams because apparently I suck at dodging. I used the exact same team as you and my Yanfei died almost instantly. Still, the rest of the team survived and managed in time. So, even with a DPS down, keep going, and it might work out.

This was the easiest spiral abyss ive ever done. This is the first time i've run through floor 12 and 3 starred with the same team each floor and even first try. Did double hydro hyperbloom (ayato, nahida, kuki and xingqui) and mono pyro (bennett, xianling, venti, kazuha). I doubt this will be happening for me ever again so going to enjoy it while it lasts 😂

This was definitely much easier than the previous abyss we had. I used Hu Tao double hydro for the first half and Raipercarry on the second. It's a very doable abyss even with the older units we had. That said, I just know they'll make it even more difficult once we get new regions and set of enemies from Fontaine 🥺

This is the first abyss that i'm about to beat. The last boss is giving me a hard time though. First half - Jean, Xingqiu, Yelan and Raiden, second half - Kazuha(dps), Bennet, Faruzan, Xiao.

Was the first one to finish it in my friend group. Both teams used were kokomi double hydro hyperbloom and Keqing aggravate The only "struggles" I had were me sometimes causing burning on the slimes in floor 11, causing my monolith's health to disintegrate into the nothingness; and me getting no electro swirls on kazuha for my keqing aggravate team, as cryo + electro cancel each other out (Except ofc cryo stays cuz these enemies had infinite cryo auras for as long as they had shields). The same swirling issue was present with the icewind suite but I just timed my kazuha bursts outside of it's shielding periods and the rest was fine

I want to share my team in Abyss for the past year here: Ayato Yelan Kazuha Noelle/Barbara R.Shotgun Nahida Yae Benny (Sometimes R.Shotgun National) I don't even care if I got full stars or not, Abyss enemies in floor 12th are bullsh*t anyway. The team change from time to time (because some time they decide to add THE WASTING YOUR TIME DOU) but most of the time it stay like this. Not really F2P and new player friendly (because I play the game since day 1). Jussmt want to share it. Thanks

Thak you!!!! I was looking for a floor 11-1 guide and was only able to find floor 12 guides 😫. I dont have built any anemo CC character, so protecting monoliths sometimes is a pain 😭 Edit: last abyss I was able to do it without problem but for some reason today I was having trouble completing it
