I think people rate it as a decent card. So for it to be the most underrated it would have to be an amazing card (like, as good as Sheoldred) that we only rate as decent. The reason it doesn't get played much is because green/black self mill aren't that amazing currently.

I personally appreciate the opponent playing the old meta so you can at least compare the new cards against what is already the best to see if the new cards/decks are better or worse.
