With a good AI team on Legend I find it best to use a deep lying forward or a fox in the box up front to start off with. Build up plays are important, and then you can bring a goal poacher on later to change things up. ✌️

It's important to have your attacking mode (two red, not all out) on the whole game to create pressure all the time. Use strong defensive fullbacks and always attack through the middle. Keep the ball and have patience. 2-0 and 3-1 respectively for me in the two games. First attempt. Remember to pick the right players for your team.

I agree, I played them 7 times and always got beaten. However, the English ones I won 2-1 first match

This is one of very few things Konami do turns out to be relatively decent, especially for practicing. Hope they keep each week with similar legends team in event, if you keep playing against them, eventually will improve some aspects of the game, both defending as well as attacking. I would rather play countless hours with them than the division, the latency in online game is untenable, even in the settings menu it takes seconds to respond.

4231 possession tactics, with fernando torres up front, did it for me. I figured a formation with lmf, rmf, lb and rb positions combined clipped the wings (pun intended) of the legends😅

Won on 2nd try on mobile. It was quite easy for some reason. On PS5 it is much harder, tried a few times but the whole match feels very scripted. For first 45 min you can stand still in own half keeping the ball. Same if you are 1 goal down. It's like playing vs beginner. But in 2nd half the AI start to push, Beckham does his prime Ronaldo dribble, crosses to Drogba and its a goal. Same sequence in several games. Don't have a meta squad, mostly F2P.
