Very accurate, that 2mp is broken. The best part is that its a auto pilot combo + frame trap + oki chain. The first 2mp xx drive rush into 2mp is a frame trap if opponent press anything or +5 if they block. Since its +5, your next 2mp is automatically another frame trap and +1 on hit. Now you think its +1 and the 4th 2mp won't beat a 4f button, but no, after 2 consecutive 2mp on block after the drive rush, you are at the perfect distance to space trap a 4f button. So technically its 2mp xx drive rush 2mp + 2mp +2mp, freaking brain dead. And if it hits, the three consecutive 2mps will combo into itself. If your first 2mp hits, you have more than enough time to hit confirm the 2nd 2mp into 2hp for more damage. Heck, at any point of time if the frame trap works, it will be a counter hit and the next 2mp will still combo. Just spam one button basically and it will work in most situations.

Yep. Just saying if he DRCs on block, invincible reversal beats it every time. Trade 2 bars for 3. But sometimes you don't want to spend the resources or can't input supers in time. You can also whiff punish it but it's fucking hard. So yeah Luke gets incredible reward for little

@@Un1234l OD reversal works against most if not all DRCs from a medium button, not just Luke's. Technically its possible to react to that if you are looking for it. But most of the time you are either taking hits or blocking the 2mp while you are trying to footsie and neutral. Its difficult to react unless you are buffering every single 2mp you block. Which is why you seldom see pro players do that consistently.

honestly i can't stand Luke, especially Modern Lukes. their game plan is, fireball, DP, and crouching MP. This along can get you into master rank. The success rate for modern DP is like 95%, and if you're using Honda (which i am recently, cycling through the roster), Modern Luke can DP on reaction to butt slams and head butts. it makes characters like Honda so much harder to use. But if i was using, lets say Juri, Chun, etc, you can feel the differences between a top tier and a low tier, as these characters has the tools to fight back Luke's boring linear game plan. SF6 to many might think its "most balanced" SF game in the series, but its evidence of imbalance if you look at the charts on character usage, and tournament usage. And before anyone says "modern doesn't make an impact, you scrub"!! Well, one thing people forget is that modern controls is less taxing, which means you have more resources "mentally" to focus on DI and DR. Thats huge in SF6.
