40:24 thats not how an nda works. First of all an nda isnt an agreement to do something but to not tell anyone outside the company or game or whatever anything about it. Also an nda doesnt include illegal activity so if you sign an nda you cant say: “Yeah this company is kinda unethical they destroy nature by cutting down trees” but if they do anything illegal you can talk about it without repercussions

I'm guessing it was a contract which included an NDA.

@@retsaMinnavoiG still a contract has its limits. If its foreseeable that that stuff could happen then you could argue that punching someone is rightfully to be included in the contract. You cant kill people and say: “The wrote their name on paper so i am allowed to do this

“They will delete their accounts if they decide to leave.” … I mean I know these death games usually come at a high cost if you lose, but there is a bit of irony if the price for leaving is that their accounts are deleted. Mind you, no guarantee that they won’t just shoot you in the back if you try and make a run for it (which we can confirm later on, they do have access to; something we wouldn’t have known at the time, but oh well), but that does seem like a small price to pay in comparison to literally getting axed off. That and unless if the people deleting these accounts are the ones who run the site, who knows if there could be a way to report in that your account was falsely deleted. People get hacked sometimes and fraud prevention should be there to hopefully help (but I don’t know to what extent that is on KZbin, let alone on this fictional world). Edit: but yeah, I’m certain I’m a goner since they do show they do have guns and would shoot us if we tried to leave and I doubt they would have let anyone leave outright (even if the threat was deleting their accounts). Guess I haven’t seen enough how to beat videos to know the best ways to survive…

24:55 "You fucked up." Also, is it bad I knew Julie was getting the YFU moment in this summary? I mean, the film established that she only saw her son as a means to an end UNTIL his life was threatened, and then when her own was at risk, instantly took the offer to spare her life.
