A 3-4 iguana? Sure, it's possible, but most large iguana only reached a 5ft with a tail. To be 4ft without a tail it would have to be an extremely large specimen. While it is possible, it's highly unlikely. Also, due to the way their body is built, they can not stand upright without a tail. In Ohio, it would die in weeks due to a lack of food.
