It's alot easier doing it in the neutral route. During the neutral route if you kill anybody that doesn't speak normally you would get to level 6. At level 6 you have 40HP, you should have tough gloves in case you're doing genocide or you just don't want to spare Undyne, the bandana, and an entire inventory of stocked food. If you have that much you should be able to win pretty easily.

Around one year ago I beat Undyne after like 2 times. Reset it yesterday after I was stuck on muffet. I’m stuck on Undyne. UPDATE: I BEAT UNDYNE!!! I’m all good except for the yellow parts,so I took notice of what direction she was going for the yellow spears. I notice it was just going all around you , starting from the left and going down. So it was; left,down,right,up. Same with the one that’s a bunch of them. Left,down,right,up,left,down,right,up,left, down,right,up

This is how to do this with infinite healing (it might take a while): Unlock the secret where the annoying dog gets the artifact and you get the dog residue. Then, get to Temmie village and sell it except one, exit the shop, use it again, get more dog residue, sell more AND BOOOOOM!!!!! You can get infinite money. Then go buy some healing items and use it in any fight or specifically in this one because healing is required.
