First the Scorpionlord and now Yaksha King! Your guides have helped me get through some of the toughest bosses. Purely coz you explain the boss move sets and how to dodge. With that knowledge the fights become less stressful and more controlled. Keeping distance, then running and charging attacks when he does the 5 flamewaves move was key in chipping away his health. When he does the long sword swings, someone in the comments said Wind Chimer cancels it out. That worked like a charm! That's all I needed to beat this boss, thank you!

@@noobpwner12322 me too. I use spellbinder throughout the chapters but then when I get to a boss, I swap out to use my abilities instead. Nice to know this is an option. Because throughout the chapters, with my play style, I dont like to “waste” an immobilization or wandering wight on a regular enemy so it goes to “waste”. Spellbinder buffs me up and I take those enemies down quicker.

The wind tamer proves useful, it will cancel his slashes and then and by the time he comes to use his slashes again the wind tamer should be ready again to use.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! Three best takeaways from your video: the pellet, the tips on dodging those five swiping attacks and the spellbinder. I love spellbinder but never use it for bosses since you obviously can’t use your abilities,so I never would have tried this. I was doing well on my own but every single time he would nail me with at least two of those swipes and I would die. So frustrating. By using spellbinder, you are doing so much damage, it limits the amount of times he does that. I did this on my first try with your method, and he never climbed the wall. He had like 30% health left and I realized I never used the pellet, so I gave it a shot and BAM! Instant kill! Never had to deal with that last bit of health where he goes nuts. You have earned a sub my friend! Thanks again!

Are you using spellbinder and did you max out your mana (celestial medicine and sparks, and then use the carios that increases Mana as well as the spirit that increases mana). And then before you use spellbinder increase your mana again with the essence potion. Once you have all that, you need to do the poison trick with the Centipede armor.

Yeah this is a type of boss where both Red Boy/Yaksha can be dealt with if you dodge and use a more aggressive approach to just charge Heavy the whole time when given the opportunity to use 3Focus Heavy. My weakness is always trying to get that 4th Focus charge before using Heavy though. This is why videos help so much so we can keep watching their attacks instead of going through wasting time of having the frustration of losing and spending time to redo the fights.

Great guide, but you forgot to mention you can equip Spikeshaft Staff for another 30 mana before casting spell-binder. Every little bit helps :D

I went 3 focus heavy attack, cloud step, pluck of many, unveiling 3 focus heavy, wandering wight, ashen slumber transformation. 10% to 15% health remaining - light attacks. Easiest final boss so far. Closely followed by hundred eye. Wind sage is prolly the hardest final boss to this point

I honestly hate this boss love the design love the music hate his radius his blades could hit me through my screen breaking the 4th wall the fact that after doing his 4-5 hit radius ability he does another 2 hit one right after is frustrating i could actually be outside the animation of his attack but still be hit. Still not as frustrating as duskveil yet (duskveil purely because of annoying hitbox)

My favorite build (no spellbinder here) : Golden Armor, very important the rock guy as transformation that takes very little damage when hit. Staff was the centipede staff, 90 damage. Have the needle as vessel equipped. Went like this, activate needle, run up & load up heavy hit. Than beat the hell out of him, use cloud step and freeze. The most important part - when the animation comes where he does the really nasty, heavy multiple attacks with the red horizontal bow, transform into the rock. Use the special attack when Yaksha has finished the attack wave. By now, his healtbar should be < 50%. After this, the images ... and I won, first effort, after upgrading to centipede staff. Vessel was activated a 2nd time.

You are level 97 here and got many sparks, almost no one reaches that level when they face yaksha. Your attack is 300. I did almost everything on the video and reached maximum of 97. This tutorial doesn't help much. This would only work if your level is high and you got many spark points.

The Build section at the end of the video shows you exactly what I do to get the attack that high. Loong Staff = 108 attack, +12 from the survival spark passive = 120. Get your mana as high as you can, Thunderflame seals, passive sparks in the survival tree, celestial medicines. Mine is 610 here so 16% of that is 97 attack. 120 + 97 = 217. Swap back to your white seashell waist chain gives +5 attack = 222 attack now. Once you're poisoned from the centipede armour (+20% attack), then 222 x 1.2 = 266. This doesn't even include the damage bonus from the gourd after drinking nor any consumables/pellets.
