I prefer photoshop over illustrator. If you are like me, just make sure to oversize your canvas for your medium of choice so that you will retain quality when sizing down.

Great content brotha! Question, what is your page settings in illustrator..is it set to a default setting or did you customize it to your liking. Been using supacolor from heat press warehouse but running into the issue of having to buy 10 sheets at one time. Do you know or have any place to can print colored designs but individually or not minimum of 10?

You’d probably have to search for someone who sells no minimum transfers, but they will typically be a dtf transfer which is slightly different.

How do you know the size of the image is going to fit well on the shirt.

Once you create it in vector format, there is no loss in quality, so you size it to the dimensions that you need when it’s time to prep it for print.

It’s subjective. Order both and see what you like. However you’ll find 100% cotton used the most as triblend is more expensive, but triblend is used more in most athletic brands.

Tech packs are for sending to your manufacturer so that is has the exact specs and measurements of your product for production. Mock ups are to showcase your product to the customer.
