Is it possible to open a process consultant Business without a degree?

It's 100% possible. Yes there are degrees you can get but there is no governing body that will come and say "you are not allowed to be a process consultant"... that said, like all things in business, you need to be able to add value. You need a methodology you know that works (like SYSTEMology) and you need the focus at it till you get results. From there you can build your own portfolio of success stories and once you reach that tipping point, you'll be on your way.
