Hi, how do I get my degree verified? Also how long does a work permit last before it expires and is it okay to apply for a permanent resident few months prior to the expiry date? Secondly, how long do I need to be living and working in Canada before I can apply for the pr visa. Finally I heard to apply for a PR visa I will have to submit a new offer letter from my employer called the "arrangement letter" to show that I'm no longer working temporarily but permanently, is this true? All you need in any field or industry is 3yrs. Even if you have 10yrs experience is the same score as someone with 3 yrs. To get maximum point with your work experience, you only need 3yrs.

There must be a reason why you’re being denied. Being denied as a student doesn’t mean you will be denied for other categories if you are qualified.

I'm not Canadian, but most jobs won't care if you're HIV positive except you're applying to jobs that have health considerations, usually healthcare or food processing.
