Thank you my dear. It was really very constructive session and will be helpful for your audience as well. In my opinion, all the James Bond protagonists are charismatic. Their body language, how they talk, what they wear, what they eat and drink and how they do that, how they make love, how they challenge and confront antagonists, how they overcome personal challenges so on and so forth! Thank you.

Charismatic leadership has a lot of interest. People are intrigued by it. Its a powerful form of leadership for those that have or are able to adopt the associated triats and behaviours. However because of this its a potentially unreliable form of leadership that can result in followers departing as quickly as they arrived, if they have cause to doubt the leaders sincerity. Those risks may increase over time. For managers situational and transformational leadership attributes are amongst the most valued.

Another timely episode, thanks ma'am!😊 I know a charismatic leader who expresses warmth even in chastisement. When this leader corrects, it may come kind of strict and stern but I don't feel sad or annoyed, I feel the genuine and sincere concern.

Ya absolutely correct whatever you were saying was up to mark suppose I was teaching Or doing Job in any prestigious institutes but due to some negative Person who want own profit first always try to make other down at every moment let me explain it a little bit More as I was teaching in school a teacher flattering to the principle always want praise from him so for getting it they do it at any cost ...And to improve the defect inside us we should focus on our demerit ..
