Solid vid!! I've felt the need to get more movement and emotion into my videos. I think standing instead of sitting so I can move around a bit might help. Love the toastmasters suggestion!! Thank you!!❤❤

The emotion is so important. I got invited consecutively on a local tv show and radio to talk about my book with zero experience. I just focused on what I truly want to share with people. I did everything to make sure that I didn’t not concern myself on how I was coming across. Thanks for sharing Stefan

Hi Stefan, did you have any positive experience with brainwave entrainment sounds and hypnosis for shyness, self confidence and public speaking? Did you use any of those? Thank you so much for your inspiration and motivation :-)
@StefanJames235 жыл бұрын
I've done that stuff, but the impact it's made is insignificant - just DOING IT and PRACTICE is the way to improve these areas of your life.

I come from a place where I often avoided relationships or lead positions because I get so overwhelmed noticing how others are reacting when I speak. Now I have advanced in my career and can’t avoid one to one conversation (including employee training). What most frustrates me is interacting with persons who are easily distracted. My strategy was recently to speak more directly or use shorter sentences, but this makes me pause and the distracted person has been lost by then. Any tips how to get your message across to those with short attention spans in both formal and informal situations?
