Can you please make video on how to stop being overly productive? I often feel lazy, like i should do more and more things, but i also realise that it is our conditioned mind to think that we have to be productive and "successful" all the time. But still have a hard time winding down and accepting that it is OK to not produce all the time.

I have 'lost' my life for an opportunity for purpose over the past few months, slowly working on things and improving mental health and life with family. It has gone well but has been a massive struggle, from spending hours each day online with friends and being consumed by a sea of temptation and sin, to now relearning a life of religiousness and being on a path to happiness. Your videos have inspired me to take things to a next step of showing some accountability for the several things I would like to do for 'life mastery' and I just want you to know that I am very grateful for discerning thoughts and ideas like yours.

FEELING STUCK AND LAZY...DON'T KNOW WHAT I WANT FROM MY LIFE AND WHATEVER I TRY AND I FAIL AT LITTLE, I GAVE UP TOO QUICKLY BECAUSE OF EMBARRASSMENT, FRUSTRATION AND LAZY TO TRY AGAIN. THANK YOU, AWESOMENESS.

Thank you. Thank you so much for the videos that you put out. I’ve been struggling with this problem for years now and I feel like as I’ve gotten older it has only gotten worse. So much so that I fear that I’ve finally pushed away the one person that was always in my corner trying to make me see myself the way she saw me, she tried to push me toward the things that I claimed I wanted, tried to inject motivation into me; but all that happened was that she became a crutch that I could lean on any time I wanted to get a quick jolt of energy. I’ve been the cause of her missing out on a lot of opportunities, and the reason why her relationship to her side of the family is now strained, all because she choose to put her trust in me. I know this sucks to say, but in some ways I’m grateful for this pandemic. I drive for a living and I recently had a passenger say something that really stuck with me. “Among other things this whole experience has been a cause for realization and self exploration. Since we are not distracted by the constant hustle and bustle of daily life this acts as a sort of mirror. A mirror that you can’t turn away from.” And I have definitely found that to be the case. I’ve realized some of my issues before but I could easily ignore them and continue on that path. But I can no longer run away from my issues. I can’t sit back and pretend that they are not there. So now I have to stand up and fight. I’ve just begun to do so. And it’s so bloody difficult, but I want change. I want to be able to add value to my sister life as much as she added to me. I’m hoping it’s not to late to repair this. I want to achieve at least a fraction of the crazy dreams that I’ve had since I was a kid. I want to be able to know myself and fall in love with the person that I find. I want friends who are like family, and a family that is very close and filled with love, respect, and compassion. I don’t want to feel so alone anymore. I’ve come across yours and Tatiana’s videos before and thought you guys were cool, but I didn’t the lessons you taught were lost on me. I didn’t get it, just thought of your videos as something to watch. But now, it’s totally different. It’s like it’s actually sinking in, and the opportunities are becoming more clearer. You probably won’t read this because it’s long, but you have no idea how just much you’ve impacted me; you probably never will. But I needed to thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much. Thank you 1000x+. Your new forever fan, Aderemi. 😊

@@ProjectLifeMastery I think my a-ha moment happened when I reach the lowest point and I didn’t really have any other way to go but up. A click happened And I started focusing on my mental and physical health. Started going to college for business and started working out and eating clean. I still have my moments where I sit around and do nothing but I use that time to reflect on things and prepare myself for the future. I’ve recently been using that time to journal and to expand my knowledge.
