@@itslashantimy interview time was 2:00 pm so I flew in the same day and left after my interview. Depending on where you live and what time your interview is, you might have to fly in the night before and get a hotel.

Ur very lucky to come in after Covid! Was really hard not having work for such a long time. I’m not a flight attendant, I’m a travel agent and have been for over 7 years now - it’s funny because the first job I got in the industry the interview process was 100% what u just described!! Even how they pulled u aside into a room with others who were successful! Did they also tell u about the statistics of getting the job and how ur very lucky 😂 they did that to us! I couldn’t be a flight attendant, just a bit too life consuming IMO, I really enjoy my work life balance and sleep!! LOVE the industry perks tho and have been so blessed with so much free travel because of it!

Wow! Very interesting. It really impress me how airlines do everything in order to train you and give you everything to be flight attendent. One thing that i've always been curious is, if you have time to visit everycity you travel to? I mean. You arrive at that city and go back a moment later or they give you like some "free hours"? A lot of it comes down to the specific airline you choose. Off days can vary from 2-4 days at a time depending on how the schedule works. We hen you’re on minimum rest (around 10-11 hours), then yeah you’ll most likely just want to sleep. However, you will always have a mix of short and long layovers. A lot of regionals May layover in smaller cities, while mainline has more major cities. That’s why it’s sooo important to dos your research on the life of your specific airline! It can be stressful at the beginning, but once you get into routine you could fall in love with it. I’d say take everything you hear from other people with a grain of salt. Youll never know how you like it until YOU try it out for yourself. I hope this helped 🥰❤️❤️

So every airline opens based on their own demand, it’s no real cycle! I don’t usually keep up with the windows, but some channels do and also you could always frequently check back on the internet 🥰 hopefully see you in the skies! ✈️💗

You’re either on reserve or you’re a Lineholder. Reserve means you basically have no control over your schedule, vs. line holders are able to get a clear solid schedule for the month. I discuss the schedule more in my “FLIGHT ATTENDANT Q&A” video, so I’d suggest that for more details! 💗
