@@RustBruv they ask intrusive questions But be honest don’t lie they can and will accept many things but being dishonest is a no go if you get hired you get hired if you don’t you don’t it’s simple as that it’s stressful it really is but some example question are •have you stolen any items •how much do you drink •all the drugs you have taken and time and amounts • have you left out any information in this phs This is just some of the hundred they will ask again be honest and try to include everything you can if you forgot something make sure they are aware and get it updated Don’t lie at any part of the process it can permanently stop you from becoming a cop and it can and will most likely follow you to any agency

I’ve only just and I mean JUST started looking into the career of law enforcement. I have firearm background, I’m a quick learner, a patient person with integrity and character but absolutely no background in law enforcement. I had to subscribe to your channel because I think in a interview/hiring process for any PD I would be lost and you definitely help me find my way. I’ve watched you, I’m using a Barron’s police practice exam book to study and practice exams, also registered for the consortium. I thank you for making these videos and I hope to be like one of these men and women in these comments saying they’re getting hired thanks to you. I applied for my county’s sheriff’s office but didn’t get the job because when they emailed the civil service test I looked stuff up during and that was an automatic disqualification for a year. None of the PD’s in the county would take me because of that so I had to go across state line for one that will give me a second chance.

I got out of the academy a bit over a month ago. This academy was through the college system but got certified. I've been applying to departments even before I got a SFO cert. I do well with interviews (knowing from feedback) and laterals are beating me out left and right.

I am sincerely confused about why anyone would want to be a cop in America. The pay is terrible, the police commanders are terrible bosses, a subset of coworkers are tyrants, misconduct including violations of traffic laws are so common by all American cops that it is remarkable when you actually see a marked patrol vehicle properly stop at a Stop Sign or Stop Light and they never use turn signals. Plus, almost everyone cops interact with in the public are unhappy to see you or are having one of the worst days of their life. Worst of all, the job is dominated by mind numbingly boring, security guard type stuff. So, pray tell why anyone would want to be a cop.
