nehmt als bildliche und praktische Stütze für die korrekte Führung kein Gummiband. Leading ist nicht nur pulling, ziehen, sondern auch pushing, drücken. Das lässt sich weit besser mit einer Stahlfeder zeigen. Sie baut in beide Richtungen Spannung auf, über eine Veränderung der Länge. Die Längenänderung der Feder, kürzer oder länger, ist die Reaktion der Dame auf ein Push- oder Pull-Signal, gleichbedeutend mit der Reaktionszeit der Dame. Sie erkennt, dass sie in beide Richtungen den Arm nicht zu weit bewegen soll. Mit der Zeit wird daraus ein fliessender Reflex. Die meisten Damen checken das selbst nach Jahren leider nicht. Aber auch viele Männer verstehen das Spiel mit der Spannung über pulling und pushing nicht.

Knowing how to be on beat, be patient,adapt to the level of your partner, knowing how to put connection, compensate for the level difference between your partner and you... remember that it's to have fun...
