So I just found an interesting article on another site and I'm curious, how is it that an independent dispatcher can take freight from a broker and give it to a carrier when according to the FMCSA they are not a "Bona Fide" agent of the carrier? Essentially you are another member that the shipper is unaware of and you're passing on the freight without the legal and insurance requirements from my understanding. I hope that question makes sense and is not taken offensively. I am honestly wondering because this article I read made me reconsider my desire to become a dispatcher. I appreciate all of your content.
