That 14 hour workday is a window. It includes breaks as well. if you start your day at 6 am you need to be parked for the night by 8pm. However if you are held up for more than 2 hours you can use split sleeper provision to extend your window.

Always check FMCSA and DOT for new guidelines or updates. As of today you can take split "break" doing 2-8 3-7 split instead of a full consecutive 10 it could become a hassle if you are not experienced or sure how HOS rules apply.

We recently launched our company, when I called DAT they said you have to have an MC number. Thanks for the clarity. So moving forward which plan was 35 dollars because the ones I seen was way more expensive TIA

In that course we have 30 min weekly “working session” where I atcually help you do anything that needs to be done, we work together to implement everything quickly, and I’m available for questions 1-on-1. With the Enhanced program you have me to be by your side to start your business. The monthly mentorship is a do it yourself course where you go through the training on your own paces with sections being released weekly and group mentorship sessions.
