Completed mba in hr in 2020. Have applied in everything mnc for hr.... No f*ckin job for freshers.... Baba reference chahiye.... Tips to all those who are in college.... Placement se lo job... Ek baar market me utar gaye toh mushkil hogi... Try getting placed through college or outside before graduation. I graduated during covid.... Toh apni toh band baj rakhi hai, aap log sambhaal lo. Update : I didn't get a job in HR, but got a very well paying job for a foreign mnc in customer service. Read my reply in comments for any further guidance. All the best guys!

@Sage I suggest trying for roles that are adjacent to hr... Data analysis, operations, admin, accounts. If you are passionate about hr, then wait patiently and keep on applying. Also, experiment with multiple industries... Ek industry me mat gusse raho. Recruitment ki bahut jobs available hai. But i guess you don't wanna do it(so do i) I'm currently searching for roles as well. Good luck to you :)
