If you grab an officer and put handcuffs on him and ask to become an officer its a good chance they will let you also make sure you have good stats to be chosen more

Lol I easily became an Officer just grab the officer and keep asking until they don't allow you to join the force (it's risky too though because sometimes you can get a wanted level for assault) It worked for me though

There is another way also, my agility, strength, etc was low so nowone was accepting but one time randomly one cop asked me that - You are free it's too boring also would you like to come back in prison as a warden then also we can join but it's too rear

As officer I arrested one prisionor for assault the judge said he can't be trusted so he chained me with him after that I was unable to go other sides because he was not moving so I clicked on R after some times my cherecter told him he thinks that the prisionor can be trusted now so he is releasing him but prisionor became wanted due to that 😅

You could lose the case if you have problems with the judge, so try to maintain good relations with other officers
