Life taught me about its unfairness by kicking the living shit out of me. I'm glad it did because, otherwise, I'd be lost and unable to cope with reality. As an almost 15 year entrepreneur, stress has tested me to points where I thought it would kill me. I've dealt with extreme insomnia, panic attacks and coped with the loss of loved ones along my way. I worked my ass off to not let that bullshit ruin my life. Thanks for your videos.

Antifragile one of my favourite books of all time. It's like being in life with open arms and accepting whatever may come to be whilst knowing that you won't perish but will actually get better.

From my experience, things that don't kill us might make us stronger, but they also change one's perspective, priorities, goals and even mentality to the point that, sometimes, we become quite different from those around us. And that is a double-edged sword in terms of benefit.

Awesome vid, faith and action is massive in eventual anti fragile, avoiding analysis paralysis and working with pain and suffering, to get stuff done, that eventually... often slower than you want, gets a new foundation going that’s superior.

For a guy with a strict moral code and blind belief in justice, fairness and honor, letting go of "It's not fair!" was a hard task. But it freed me. Now I see the truth. Now I see that we need the challenges that make us cry out that phrase because overcoming those challenges is what ultimately shapes us into the men we need to become.

Good to focus on the positive examples of stress making people stronger, but there are also a lot folks who have been permanently ruined from it. I think both examples are good to keep in mind

I've been talking to my son about things on your videos and I asked him on a scale of 1-10 where he thinks I fall as a woman He said I am low on the scale because I am extremely independent, very strong emotionally and physically plus highly intelligent He said a woman should need a man and be willing to follow his direction rather than challenge his ideas or figure things out for herself I have grown very strong from my life's experience. ... I am far from fragile although I want to be treated as if I am fragile by the man i chose to be with I truly do not need a man but I want a partner

I'd prefer a strong female. Someone that will push me to be more ambitious, or at the very least, not too lazy. There is a time for everything, including relaxation, but one needs a motivational inspiration- and men to women, or vice versa- should provide that for one another. That's my opinion, Ib think it'll work well

Easy to say! Always u learn it hard way only,u always must go thru it,hard true, after u only got antifragile. U can say other person but they cant understand this in deep level. When man go thru this he was expierienced all bad things and good. Thats why older man always advice younger, but younger dont listen, went years by and after they understand what father and grandfather sayd. Every man must expierence it. thats how man is made. sry for my english,im from europe bros.

If it had a billion dollars I would set up a field full of 1000 huge glass mirrors and then drive a $1,000,000 Ferrari right through all of them. Then I'd probably cover the ferrair in gasoline and set it on fire while sitting back on a lawn chair sipping on some $2000 champagne and eating caviar out of a 25 karat gold bowl with a pure diamond spoon. Then when the firefighters and the cops show up I would just pay them each $10,000 then slowly walk away while putting on my $2000 shades. Then I'll hop in my Bugatti and drive by the cops and throw another $1000 cash all in 10 dollar bills out my window.
