Notice how she doesn't mention physical appearance, clothing, make-up or any other materialistic ways that are known for enhancing the way you look which is often associated with attractiveness. She focuses more in the spiritual ways there are to try, in order to become admirable and truly ravishing. Most people will tell you to go to the gym, try new clothes, make-up, hair etc. Liz on the other hand encourages us to try things that will help us feel better and more confident with ourselves and with confidence and power comes the rest. If you feel good about yourself you will also start taking more care of you and your body. It's not just the way you look, but mostly the way you feel. The energy you radiate to others around you. She also gives us tips to improve our communication skills and thus our relationship with people which is very important. Liz you're so inspirational, thank you for existing❤
@angelsub9184 Жыл бұрын
I have to disagree on this one. It's true she doesn't mention any superficial physical care, but most people would care about how other people take good physical care of themselves. Then, add with personality and manners like Liz's advice, you will become more attractive. Take care of the outside (appearance) as well as inside(personality).
@reverie2185 Жыл бұрын
Because she knows she looks good.
@demy6179 Жыл бұрын
@@angelsub9184 I'm aware that physical care plays an important role in your level of attractiveness and yes the people surrounding you (family, friends, partners etc.) will most likely expect from you to take care of your appearance. I never said you shouldn't. You should do all those things mentioned (gym, hair, make-up, clothes, skin care etc.). But most people will stop there. What I want to point out here is that it's hard for people who don't feel good about themselves to take care of their bodies. And even if they do, the fact that they don't feel pretty and keep doubting themselves makes them automatically unattractive. That's what also Liz mentions in the beginning of this video. Liz gives additional advice rather than just stating the obvious. I do agree that you should work on both, but without confidence which is more difficult to obtain than looking good, you won't be attractive.

@@demy6179 yes, which is why she differs from so many other influencers, they'll say go to gym, eat better, find your style, and you'll now somehow be confident!! but that is not true nor that easy, no matter how much someone can change themself they'll never look at themselves in the mirror and feel beautiful because they didn't work on their mentality, people will keep chasing for something that will never achieve, and potentially gain body dysmorphia disorder or its tendencies. liz doesn't act like that, rather she takes it in a different perspective, mental confidence IS what gives you physical confidence, its not focusing on the two differently, they are together. when you feel mentally confident, you would want to do what's best for your body, like eating healthier to nourish your body, being more active to help your body's endurance and to live a long healthy life, fixing mental issues like eating disorders, drug addiction, etc will make you not only feel mentally better, but also physically better, for example, if someone is eating healthier to nourish their body for more energy, and going on walks more to help clear their mind, they are developing new habits, they will FEEL better, but you know what also happens in that process? they will lose weight from how they where originally, and now they are a step ahead from the first example, because they aren't so physically orientated in their apperance. mental confidence gives you physical confidence, its never and will never be the way around :D i just felt like writing this cuz i went thru an epiphany

Hearing what you said and watching you, above all the things going on in my brain, reminded me that what really matters is about me, my body, and how I am and want to be. Now, instead of just struggling and desperately waiting to be noticed, I know how to hold my own hand and even if I fall, I will get up again and again and complete myself towards the top. Thanks to all this, I am wholly me and I do not want to be this or that. I am from Chile (LATAM) and I understand english perfectly. Your vocabulary and pronunciation are also completely understandable. In fact, I play your videos as a podcast while I do my university homework. But I wanted to thank you in spanish so that you could see that it is true, people from other parts of the world also see you, and the subtitles help a lot.

The most important lessons I learned out of everything in this video is don't reveal everything about yourself because I need to watch my mouth in case if someone would backstab me. Go cold when people disrespect me. Walk, talk and act. Of course, first impressions are based on appearance as in looking clean, neat and tidy! ❤🧡💛💚💙💜 19:52 I just find this part funny about Liz. Yeah gurl! You go with that self confidence and yes you are funny 😂

Thank you so much for such advices.I think that I needed those advices step by step.Because every time you continue to talk about the topic,I was understanding the mistakes I've done.No one ever told me that I am attractive or not.But I hope that I am gonna work on myself and listen to you and make myself feel attractive.Because If I do this myself for the first time,people are gonna think like this,too❤

Hey Liz I absolutely love your videos and have been watching you for about almost a year now. I’m 15 and I get stressed out a lot and worried about things that sometimes I wish I could control but I can’t because life is not in my hands but the universe hands. I go to work and go to school and what I’ve learned from you is to have a balance about everything, literally. One thing that I always try to remember is that draining myself from certain arguments or situations that I cannot control is extremely exhausting and will not help me become who I want to be. Distancing from things that are not good for me is the best fucking thing that can help with being the better you or most confident.

i work my way into being the best version of myself and i’m confident and hard worker and good but as much as i fight it, now and then i notice how much i’ve been rejected and how unimportant too many people have made me feel. it’s something that i’ve never gotten an explanation of why it has happened at any time and i cope with it and move on but it’s still there. if you could make a video about nasty situations like this that would be lovely.

Yeah, everytime I make freinds they all hang out without inviting me and then brag about it in front of me as if it don't hurt like hell, I've basically said fuck people and when I stop hanging with them and leave the group chat they don't even try to contact me lmfao

i know that i haven't completely accepted myself coz there are so many things that i need to fix about myself and i will. but the girl i am now i love her and i am proud of her also it never even happend if i didn't watch liz's videos , day by day she is pushing me to be the better version of myself and i am loving it to know myself, prioritize my self and not letting anyone to put me down. in this generation where relationships are messy and toxic i am being comfortable of having a relationship with myself.

liz, i really like that you said to talk to people of the opposite gender. although i am a lesbian, i really struggle to talk and be in the presence of men. i also get really red and anxious and simply struggle to talk. i get all flustered and crawl into a shell. the other day in class, i got sat next to 4 stereotypical “gym” bros and i will have to sit with them and just me, the only girl, for the whole semester. initially i was so upset and literally was so scared to even talk. but then i realized that this was the perfect opportunity for me to practice talking to men. i like to think that maybe this was the universe’s way of telling me “ava you need to end this problem right now”. and now i look forward to this class and practicing my communication skills with men. because even though i won’t ever date a man, i will 100% face them in my day to day life and need to communicate with them without getting flustered.
