Just a reminder that whatever liz says she is human and her words to be taken with a grain of salt, you dont need to sacrifice your good sleep to sleep on your back , you dont have to get plastic surgery to feel more confident, you dont have to hide your natural frizzy hair to be beautiful. Your attitude speaks louder than your looks, always. You shouldn't be obsessed with your looks to be loved, successful or confident. Just a reminder for young girls.

“You’re not ugly, you’re just boring to look at” That one really speaks to me. As a guy, I tend to dress more simple, but I tell you the increase in confidence I get from just adding a tiny little something extra to my outfit or appearance, it’s insane. I will feel so insecure when I feel plain, but even something like a colorful bracelet or a cool hat can improve that

Sounds like you just gotta get more comfortable with yourself. YOU are not boring to look at, THIS GIRL thinks you’re boring to look at, and honestly, are you really gonna let the opinion of an internet stranger & (no disrespect) 3sc0rt in Dubai who has had multiple surgeries on her face *MATTER* to you? You can dress like an absolute 10 and people still will think you’re boring to look at, but why does that matter? Your problem is not your looks it’s your personal insecurity. Work on loving and accepting yourself and you will look interesting no matter what you dress like. Other people don’t have to think that, but other people don’t matter.

Hey!A tip that i learned myself is to not be scared to fit your beauty into a aesthetic,im a guy with a good mix of masculine and feminine traits(high cheekbones,defined jaw,thick eyebrows and big eyelashes etc)and i was always insecure because i dint felt manly enough or something,but then i started to slowly realize that i looked really good and idk how to explain it but my physical aperance started to follow this too!My hair got curlier,my jaw is more defined and my cheekbones are more visible,some people even said i look a bit like grifith from berserk (god💀) and rn im really embracing this pretty boy aesthetic,and my face really is striking!A friend of mine said i have a very unique face and she dinr found average at all,so dont be scared to encorparate a energy or aesthetic in your looks(ofc if it fits your face shape and you feel comfortable)

They are just jealous. Self care is never being a narcissist. Self love and confidence should always come first. Because we are the person whe spent our whole life with together. Other people come and go, we are with ourselves 24/7 so we should treat us good and be kind, nice and caring to ourselves. Only when we master that we can truly love and take care of others. That’s at least MY opinion, some people might not agree…

I’ve noticed, everyone is actually very beautiful. I sometimes take the time to look at everyone’s features, and can see that buttt…. most people DO NOT know how to style their clothes properly , and wear certain colors that go with their undertones; or wear hairstyles that actually fit and frame their faces. Really learning about yourself, and really figuring out your good angles, part placement, bangs or no bangs/side bangs (which side bangs); your undertone, your body type, a style (or styles that fit you) etc- can go a longggg way. Also keeping up with your skin, adding certain makeup that enhances your looks, knowing what colors look good on you, doing your eyebrows for gods sake (can make a HUGE difference)…. *sighs*. But Once I figured out myself, to the fullest extent(as I used to look a lil awkward lol)… baaaby! Hot girl forever ✨🫶🏾 great video Liz babe

okay so more recently ive been going out everyday long walks and to my tution classes, and i feel people actually looking at me. staring at me. at forst i assumed it was my anxiety or probably the way i dress, because i’ve been told many times i overdress (which i absolutely love.) i asked this friend of mine one day that ‘why do people stare at me’ and she said ‘you literally look like you own this whole place why wouldn’t they stare at you?’ i was embarrassed at first, stopped dressing the way i did and stopped putting my mascara because i thought that maybe i overdid what i did, cuz im still 17 and in my country girls my age pretty much don’t look and walk like that. i never overdid and i realize this now. i’ve started going back to my ways that make ME feel more better about MYSELF and this video fr made me realize that. ty liz.

The traumatic physical symptoms thing she spoke about is horribly true. When I was younger I was extremely beautiful. Lots of serious shit happened and through years my face darkened, as if blood wasn't going there anymore. Body was built weird af, weight I couldn't less no matter what. Even after going throught surgery I was horribly swollen for absolutely no reason. Lost my hair etc. I started soul healing, trauma digging and I found out I even had big big traumas that I randomly forgot (like r*pes) when ppl say everything starts on the inside that's serious. No matter how much you try to start with the outside it will never ever work even for 1% if there's trauma stuck in your body. Hope everybody dealing with it notices is ASAP.

@Fatherthesnow
@Fatherthesnow Жыл бұрын
@@미미-t2r Sure, hoping it can help you out. I didn't go to any therapist either honestly as I really hate to talk to them, all I've done was based on internet and self reflection. I know experiences differs for everybody but at least you're chill on the therapy part. My experience has been like everybody else's I'd rather assume, lots of episodes of my life I couldn't think of without feeling sadness, hate, the "oh they did me so dirty and I didn't deserve that" type of thoughts, big traumas as I said upper as r*pes, sequestration, then agressions, things that can happen to anybody overall. I already wasn't somebody that spoke about anything (extremely private since litteraly forever lmao) so nobody ever knew about it, which couldve helped me because without any help traumas kept on building on top of each other. My looks started to change drastically from 11 to 14. I was doing a sh*t ton of sports and especially combat sports so building that much fat was abnormal. Lots of doctors I've seen were confused and even thought I had taken chemical weight by taking a weird drug. My blood wasn't circulating normally, I could never sleep without having unexplainable nightmares and waking up with seizures, all this till 3 years ago. 3 years ago I started meditating. It can go from plugging my ears and covering my eyes for 30 minutes and staying with my thoughts to soul-healing guided meditations on youtube, to having a walk in nature, rethinking about every single moment I could remember in my life and analyze my emotions as I thought of them. - First step at this moment is learn to forgive whoever has done you nasty. Not because you want to but because you need to. The people who hurt you don't care and they forgot about it, you're the only one aching. Forgive them and forgive the past to be able to open to the present and future. - As you get experienced with "rethinking" or "relapsing" you're going to remember about harder moments and that's where traumas lays. For me it was the sequestration part. One day while meditating in nature I came across a house that looked kind of familiar to me and thing is, I have a huge phobia of houses I litteraly cannot stay in one, let alone sleep in one. (Fyi : phobias of dangers as snakes are normal but phobias of random objects or places often are traumas that you FORGOT about and that are deeply stuck in your subconscious) I came home and decided to relapse about houses. After awhile I noticed that I completely forgot about two years of my life, from 15 to 17. I wasn't in the school system so it couldn't be that. Had no friends around me so I couldn't ask. After a long digging I remembered also taking the plane at this age. Here's the thing : my parents were an extremely weird types of muslim when I was a teen. They had weird rituals, things as bIack magic litteraly and they wanted to help me get "out of my depression" at that age but didn't know how to, they then sent me to a relative in morocco. I then took the plane, went in a house, took the plane back and I forgot litteraly every single part of this event. Two entire years. Up to this day at 22 I still train on this event about the "what happened IN that house" but as I'm really trying to keep it solo-training it's harder than it should be. The forgotten traumas for some people can be a moment where the person might be too vulnerable to handle it. As we know if your brain decide to erase something it's often for good reasons. Whenever you feel ready to remember make at least sure you have somebody you trust around you to supervise. Then the method really is up to you : either you want to forgive, either you want to make peace with the phobia you have, talk about it, reflect on it and how changes might help you in the present, it's up to One's way of working and One's way of thinking. After this long training as I said upper as well my looks changed almost immediately. My skin became as pale and healthy as it used to be when I was a kid, the weight dissapeared (saying it this way cause I didn't even do any kind of workout or magical korean starving method to lose it) I opened myself to the world and others and most importantly was able to work on myself and my life. Starting new hobbies, making friends, which were things I wasn't able to do 10yrs ago. Hope you can get some more insight of the soul-healing basis with my experience of it. If you have any type of physical pain that you can't get rid of it might also be stuck traumas btw, didn't specify it cause I didn't have that. Out there there's a ton of channels guiding your meditations, just find the ones you like the most and stick to it. Good luck !

OKAY THE IF INFLAMATION AND BLOATING PART IS SO TRUE!! When I was younger and now my body is very, well, dainty to put it in a nice way. But for some reason during quarantine I became so ugly because my face was BLOATED AF. I did not feel ugly thank god, I’ve always been delusional. But it’s something I just realised now when looking at old pictures of myself. I think it’s self explanatory what happened, because I didn’t do much to change as I wasn’t aware of this lmao. What happened was that because I moved more I was more bloated. And now I do a lot more than just sit around, I go to school and move around. I think that going to the gym for a while also helped. And now my face is not puffy anymore.
