Just a reminder that whatever liz says she is human and her words to be taken with a grain of salt, you dont need to sacrifice your good sleep to sleep on your back , you dont have to get plastic surgery to feel more confident, you dont have to hide your natural frizzy hair to be beautiful. Your attitude speaks louder than your looks, always. You shouldn't be obsessed with your looks to be loved, successful or confident. Just a reminder for young girls.

“You’re not ugly, you’re just boring to look at” That one really speaks to me. As a guy, I tend to dress more simple, but I tell you the increase in confidence I get from just adding a tiny little something extra to my outfit or appearance, it’s insane. I will feel so insecure when I feel plain, but even something like a colorful bracelet or a cool hat can improve that

Sounds like you just gotta get more comfortable with yourself. YOU are not boring to look at, THIS GIRL thinks you’re boring to look at, and honestly, are you really gonna let the opinion of an internet stranger & (no disrespect) 3sc0rt in Dubai who has had multiple surgeries on her face *MATTER* to you? You can dress like an absolute 10 and people still will think you’re boring to look at, but why does that matter? Your problem is not your looks it’s your personal insecurity. Work on loving and accepting yourself and you will look interesting no matter what you dress like. Other people don’t have to think that, but other people don’t matter.

your comment about the trauma healing is so true. I met a girl at this natural foods store and her eyes were so bright, she carried a light aura that I could recognize. It was so exceptional that I commented on it and she said she thought the same about mine! She was soooo beautiful to me because of how clear her eyes were

Heyyy! Commenting as I watch so bare with me lol. Being beautiful/not look boring isn’t all about what you wear, hair color, etc. you’re beautiful with what God blessed you with. Standing out is about within, your aura, energy, personality, and how you carry yourself. Your inner glow will outshine ANYONE. Regardless of what you wear or how you wear it. Confidence starts within. We get so hung up on things that don’t matter or are minute compared to who you are as a person.

just a reminder for other girls with curly hair! its no problem if your hair is more volumous and not entirely defined, its not ugly either and we know how hard it is and how much time it takes styling a curly hair to fit into society's standards of it, so if you don't find it really necessary (like me) there's no problem! ur hair can be beautiful the way you think it's beautiful

I relate to Liz. I find narcissism to be an ugly trait, like I genuinely no matter how hard a person is, cannot find them beautiful when they think they are the best thing to walk the earth and deserve anything or accomplished everything on their own.

I’m not exaggerating in the slightest when I say you uploaded this at the perfect time. I really needed to hear every single word of this today, this is already one of my favorite videos of yours. Especially the second half of it where you explained how energy and our souls reflect on our outsides. I will leave a lengthier comment with specific timings of my favorite parts but that will be when I have actually done the work in 3-6 months. Again, thank you so much and please always know that deciding to make this channel and do these videos has helped countless of women, people, and we could not be any more grateful. Your energy just seeps out through the screen and helps us get into a state of happiness and productivity even when we thought we couldn’t. Thank you.

So true! I am in the process of healing from my tramas and I look more and more beautiful everyday. I am manifesting more and more beauty everyday. Beauty is litterally on the inside. Thank you for your advice! I love when you said when people look at you they will be attracted because they feel something. My face is naturally very beautiful but I am more interesting to look at because of my fashion sense.

Most influencers sell themselves on the internet and make you feel less about yourself but Liz, you´re unique. You have such a good energy and always make me feel confident and in tunes with my energy even though you´re like someone i would totally compare myself to, the way a sixteen year old girl does. Thank you

When you said that "it's okay to recognize that you're beautiful", I triggered me... I'm working on that for YEARS. But I LOVE seeing people that they feel good about themselfs though. I feel like I love telling someone else that they are smart, beautiful or whatever, but it's hard to accept these words when they are talking about me for some reason, I feel like I know it and that's enough, so weird:) You are such a light person, everything you say is recalled in me, I love watching your videos, God bless you❤💫
