The part about discipline and consistency is SO TRUE. I wasnt like that at all in high school but these last three yesrs, I've been so consistent in working, doing assignments, etc. even my friends and family are surprised. And I'm so thankful I decided to get my shit toegether. Now I need that discipline for the gym though 😭😭

I love HOW she explains WHY it’s important to her to have a schedule that resonates the most with me. I was just wondering where she when I was in college. Then I realized she probably wasn’t born yet. 😂 You’ve got a good head on your shoulders. It’s clear you already know that. But I thought acknowledging that couldn’t hurt. 😊 Keep doing you. ❤ However if you knew how those therapy services work in actuality and how often they are the exact OPPOSITE of how they present themselves, you might not want to be associated with them.
