As someone who has learnt 12th class cbse biology.... I can definitely say that virginity can't be confirmed through hymen . The hymen can be broken through extreme physical activity such as football or other sports . *Virginity is a state which says that whether a person have indulged in coitus with consent form both the male and female* ....*this has nothing to do with absence / presence of hymen*. So the state of virginity is only known by the person (i.e whether he/she had coitus is only known by the person themselves) .So no point in testing it out ....but to be rather truthful and open about it ( both man and woman)before getting married.

most of the people wont understand that. they think with their genitals, they dont know about these intimate connection. they only care about genital connection. and half of these girls who are into sleeping around and cry about slut shaming are no saints. i had a friend who was conservative. she didnt like wearing short clothes or into sleeping around or drinking alcohol. and she had friends who used to do all those stuff, and make fun of her for not willing to talk to guys, for not wearing short clothes, and for not having a BF and choosing to be a virgin till marriage. instead they used to tell her "if you wont sleep around, you wont have experience, and your husband will leave you for another woman" and ive seen other girls like them who used to make fun of conservative girls. my ex was one of those girls, i got cheated on because i said no to sex before marriage. and her "bold" "open minded" friends blamed me for why she cheated. imagine if a man cheated on a woman because she said no to sex before marriage. its hard to find a woman with same values these days. and im not against pre martial sex. but i dont like it when they use the word love with every person they mate with, i dont think its love if they cant hold back the itch in their genitals.

The doctor in this video said a very important point that the hymen can stretch OPEN due to arousal by the partner. It doesn’t always have to BREAK and BLEED! It’s the responsibility of the parter to arouse the female enough that the bleeding due to injury doesn’t happen. Which is actually a good sign.
