Love this video! I’ve been trying to make a good scrub however it tends to be a sticky consistency. How do I know how much of each ingredient to use?

for the sugar add a cup and oils add 2 tsp

Depending on the ingredients that you are using you may just have to play around with it a bit. I would recommend making small batches.

Would love to see a piping video as I'm only just starting with the scary piping 😱😂 Can I ask the reason for having all 3 sugars in one scrub as opposed to doing 3 different scrubs with different exfoliating strengths (is strengths the right word 🤔, you know what I mean though😁) Sorry if this is a stupid question, newbie learner here. Thank you for the videos, enjoying them.

Hi Shona, I absolutely understand what you mean. I use the three different sugars because it can serve many people and also cut down production time which makes this method efficient for me. For example, if you sell products and have a body scrub line then you would need to make three different products, which would be multiplied by each scent. Time would also be consumed with adding color to the product. Efficiency and quality guided me to including all three in one. I hope that helped. I will work on a video for piping.
