It happens with every fresher, even for experienced candidates, don't get scared of these politics internally, just at home or weekends try to prepare yourself with good technologies and when time comes try to switch to good company or if you are good with the technology, ask them to release and move to another project

Try to prepare for the basics that you have been trained for. Most important thing try to be active in teams be answerable in the office contact whichever you provided, they might take interview at any time

Hi savipa, I was trained in SAP abap and got hard Locked to different prjct not related abap and in that prjct its like no work they are assigning ,if i ask regarding work for the 2 days they will like giving some small tasks and its been a year for me and 6months from this project should i ask for release and will i get different prjct if I released from this prjct or will i be on bech,please do suggest something

Few other candidates too facing same issue as you. Non related projects are allocated to them. One thing you can do is you can check with your friends your skill matching projects, if you find them try to ask them to pull you into their projects. If you don't have friends, then try to open teams while you are on-boarding they would have added you into new joiner orientation teams channel right, try to ping there, if any one working for SAP ABAP, you could ask them if there is any requirement in their project. Once you are ok with their project and all. You could ask release here and move there, it would be safe side without bench

Hi I joined Accenture recently my fixed pay is 8Lpa and variable pay is 1.68Lp.a as per old regime 20% tax deduction will be yearly how much income tax will come and monthly how much it will deduct from my salary can u pls help me on this

As far as I know till this April you will get full salary without tax deduction from this April if you do tax declaration then approximately 61 to 64k in hand I hope based on your tax declarations
