You are only taking into consideration technical lines roles/levels. In operations people who have 8 years of experience are getting level 11 and those who have 10-12 years experience they get hired at level 10.

there is some misinformation regarding salary and YOE. In my case I am 5.2 yoe but I am technical lead(management level 9). Salary wise 15 lpa + 27% variable

Hi, I have joined Accenture in July 2023. In this November I got school completion mail. I am also in a project since August 2023. Will I be eligible for fast track promotion in this December cycle. I checked with my project reviewer also but he mentioned that he didn't receive any mail to give feedback for me. This means I am not considered to be promoted in this December cycle or what will be the case here, please let me know.

Both companies are good , but hike wise Accenture is good and job security wise TCS is good, based on your priority you can choose one

Hi it is possible to get negotiate the saley after getting offer lettter for 3 years 7 month experience they give only c11 average fixed salary around 6. They said this is max will give for this role and experience It is okau to ask more ? For my exp they mostly see my current salary and not increase the offer even i have offer. You should pull more offers to move it 9 or 10 the existing offer it contains 8 lpa then you can ask them. Mostly they convince us for less package, you should try to drag it to good amount but should not more drag until they revoke offer. Should balance it

It doesn't depend on Accenture but it depends on project actually before you join you need to ask them all the details shift timings type of technology they use wfo details every thing when you are ok with their terms and conditions then it will be good, otherwise we can't estimate

Having more salary is good but in Accenture if they want to fire one candidate mostly they see a package more than 12 lpa means they would definitely pick you, this is my suggestion it's good 12 lpa later you will get a good hike here based on your performance in the project
